NbTe4

NbTe4crystal is a quasi-1D CDW material belonging to space group P4/mcc. In these materials, the metal cation atoms quasi-linear chains along the anisotropy axis.NbTe4undergoes a strong lattice reconstruction near room temperature to form an incommensurate charge density wave (CDW) phase and further exhibits pressure induced superconductivity. OurNbTe4crystals were synthesized using self flux technique at 99.9998% purity levels with excellent electronic properties. Each order contains a single crystal measuring <5mm in size.

Growth technique matters: OurNbTe4crystals are grown using highest quality precursors with highest purity available and using sophisticated technique (flux growth) to ensure the crystals are free of contamination. Without these contamination, we guarantee the observation of high pressure superconductivity and CDW phases.
